Long known only as a mystery, this guy seemed only to show up long enough to interfere with Mulder's plans. He never provided answers, usually only more questions. He never helped the agents, but never harmed them either.

We now know who he is and what he is doing here. Knowing what I know now, I would not have chosen him for "queen" on the dark side. But when I made this set, he was a powerful, alien adversary. Threatening enough to occupy such a high role on the board.

To help identify his character, there is a bullet wound on his shoulder. Highlighted by a splattering of green blood. It is not shown by this scan.
