Grant Divine
On the other hand, since my settling in Saskatchewan in 1993, I haven't heard one soul say one good thing about Grant Divine. Even those few friends I have who arn't screaming leftist socialists. His popularity seems to be right up there with Brian Mulrony. That plus the fact that many of his senior staff are now facing fraud charges, compels me to make him the king of the "bad" side.
