He subsequently plots the Duke's downfall by sending him to the prized planet Arrakis, where the Duke is sure to fall victim to the Baron's ruthless plot.

As the absolute power of the red side, and his royal heritage, his role of king is obvious. His appearence is inspired by both the lackluster DeLarentis movie and the westwood studio game. I simply couldn't think of a better look for him.
